snowscape

What I wished to capture in this work were the cozy, muffled hues of a snowy landscape. I envisioned a painting transcending its two-dimensional existence on a wall to become a piece of furniture—a space where people can naturally permeate and harmonize.

I recalled a fleeting memory of an art museum: a space surrounded on all sides by paintings, and the people sitting on benches before them. Like that scenery, I wanted to create a moment where my work is not an object isolated from the spectator, but one that assimilates with them to form a single, completed vision.
